Approx 200km east of Aberdeen in 92m of water. Both the Franklin & West Franklin facilities are 6 km from the Elgin Process, Utilities, Quarters (PUQ).
Elgin (PUQ & WHP A) was commissioned in 2001 with an original design life of 30 years. Since the installation of Elgin, further facilities have been added: Franklin, West Franklin and WHP B.
Current HPHT production is circa 150,000 boep/d.
