Lead CMMS Analyst

PBS Offshore (Ponticelli UK Ltd) are seeking a Lead CMMS Analyst to join our team. This role will report into the Maintenance & Operational Excellence Manager. This role is responsible for the timely delivery of management and reporting of CMMS data, ensuring data quality is maintained and aligned with data standards. Identify and lead improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with data standards and maintenance processes

Details/duties:

• Lead CMMS team to ensure work is prioritised and completed as requested.
• Manage CMMS master data on behalf of the assets and lead the implementation of planned maintenance change requestsSupporting / solving technical issues arising from offshore / sites.
• Provide specialist support on KPI reports, identify gaps and potential improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for ensuring CMMS maintenance plans are scheduled as required and work orders called in sufficient time to allow for effective planning & scheduling.
• Manage bulk uploads to CMMS for extensive engineering scopes or major maintenance rebuilds/upgrades.
• Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders such as Maintenance Engineering Leads and Discipline Engineers.
• Deliver CMMS support to Methods & Reliability teams.
• Providing function support and training on the CMMS module to both onshore and offshore personnel.
• Ensuring new equipment requests are processed in line with data standards and governance documentation.
• Identify potential cost savings by developing and improving ways of working with the assets.
• Conduct relevant data quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and provide key input to data management visualisations.
• Identify system and data improvement opportunities in CMMS and drive through to completion.
• Ensure best practice data control is maintained and aligned across assets where applicable.
• Any other duties as required by the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications/Experience required: 

• Proven experience implementing CMMS and within the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (SAP).
• Experience in documenting CMMS processes and practices.
• Knowledge of Excel and Database Analysis.
• Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, efficient and has the ability to prioritise tasks.
