On Wednesday, we reconnected with our 2025 cohort for a dedicated “Reflect & Embed” session. This provided an opportunity to step back, review experiences from the past 12 months, and recommit to how we demonstrate leadership day-to-day across PBS.
Across both sessions, the level of engagement and openness in the room stood out. These sessions are designed to go beyond traditional training – encouraging individuals to challenge their thinking, share experiences, and build consistency in how we lead across teams and locations.
Our Leadership Fundamentals remain central to this approach, focusing on:
- Setting clear expectations
- Observing performance
- Removing barriers
- Providing meaningful feedback
- Coaching and engaging our teams
These principles form the foundation of how we lead at PBS, supporting consistent behaviours, strong communication, and high performance across both onshore and offshore environments.
The “Face in the Frame” moments captured during the sessions are a powerful reminder that culture is shaped through everyday actions. Leadership at PBS is not defined by theory alone, but by how we show up, support one another, and lead with intent.
Thank you to everyone who took part for the energy, honesty and commitment demonstrated throughout the two days. This continued investment in leadership development is a key part of building a high-performing, values-led culture across PBS.
