Delivering Multi-Million Pound Savings.

Between 2020 and 2023 we delivered an overall SMC Saving of £27M. This was achieved through the rationalisation of vendors from 22, to 12, reducing vendor management costs through re-tendering for packaged services, and the utilisation of PBS core crew members. We optimised uptime and campaign windows achieving an upturn in annual maintenance execution of 24%.
