On the night, PBS secured:
- Wellbeing in the Workplace of the Year – awarded to the PBS Thrive: Wellbeing & Inclusion team
- HR Leader of the Year – awarded to Lisa MUIR, HR Director
These awards recognise both the collective effort behind our wellbeing approach and the leadership that continues to drive it forward across the business.
The Wellbeing in the Workplace award highlights the impact of PBS Thrive – our dedicated Wellbeing & Inclusion function – which supports our people across onshore, offshore and remote operations. Built around strong collaboration between Operations, HR and leadership teams, Thrive continues to embed wellbeing as a core part of how we operate and deliver.
In addition, Lisa MUIR was recognised as HR Leader of the Year, reflecting her leadership, commitment and the role she plays in shaping a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture across PBS.
We were delighted to be named finalists in both categories earlier this year, and these wins are a fantastic achievement for everyone involved.
The recognition reflects the continued focus across PBS on creating an environment where people feel supported, included and able to perform at their best – something we are incredibly proud of.
Congratulations to everyone across the business who contributes to this success, and to all finalists and winners recognised on the night ✨
